Cellulite - care with Ph.Doctor
There are two types of cellulite:
Watery cellulite - the skin is firm with proper tension, and its appearance does not change depending on the body position. Cellulite is visible only after the skin is pinched. It affects people with impaired blood and lymph flow, and therefore a tendency to edema and stagnation. This type can be combated through regular physical activity, proper skin care and a healthy diet. This type can be combated through regular physical activity, proper skin care and a healthy diet!Fatty cellulite - visible in any position without skin compression - deep, uneven bulges. It is associated not only with unsightly changes, but also discomfort and pain. It concerns people with impaired blood circulation and increased lipogenesis - deposition and storage of fat in the subcutaneous tissue. Lipid cellulite can be a consequence of untreated watery cellulite . Here we recommend regular physical activity, proper skin care, a healthy diet and specialist office treatments: cryolipolysis, laser, shock wave or microneedle mesotherapy.
We advise you to fight cellulite:
- exercise regularly,
- get enough sleep,
- choose healthy meals rich in vegetables, fruits, protein and fiber,
- limit salt and coffee, avoid sugar,
- hydrate your body - about 2-3 liters a day,
- drink grapefruit juice on an empty stomach (note: it is not for everyone, narigin contained in this fruit is an inhibitor of liver enzymes, which may result in the accumulation of drugs in the body, so consult your doctor to be safe).
- brush your body every day - (note: it is not for everyone, if you are prone to spider veins or varicose veins, please consult a phlebologist first to make sure it is safe to brush your body - SEE BELOW ).

Use SPF 50 UVA and UVB daily on exposed body parts.

EVERY DAY morning and evening you should take cold showers - while washing, turn off the hot water tap and rinse yourself with cold water for 30 seconds, you can extend the time. We also recommend body brushing - note, not for everyone, if you are prone to spider veins, varicose veins, please consult a phlebologist first, whether it is safe to brush your body.
Why is it worth brushing your body to fight cellulite?
This type of mechanical massage is an invaluable weapon in the fight against cellulite, swelling and extra pounds of water. More efficient lymph flow also helps to smooth the skin and thus reduce the visibility of cellulite!
