Indicated in acne: fish, flaxseed oil, chia seeds, walnuts, cherries, black currant, bell peppers, raw carrots, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, fish oils, evening primrose oil, avocado, seafood, chickpeas, among others.

Not recommended: dairy of zoonotic origin, especially skimmed milk products; high glycemic index foods including but not limited to ripe bananas, watermelon, melon, corn, wheat flour, honey, pasta, croissants, etc.
