How to use FACE&BODY
RetinALL 0.05% Stable Form Retinal Cream on BODY and BACK DIFFUSION. First
instructions.

Indications:
- Use the product once a day at first, always in the evening!
- If the skin becomes too irritated, use the FACE&BODY Ret-inALL 0.05% Stable Form Retinal Cream less frequently, and then return to using it once a day after the skin has become tolerant.
- If tolerance is achieved, you can use FACE&BODY RetinALL 0.05% stable form retinal cream 2x daily, *then it is best to use "Short Contact Theory"during the day.
- Always apply Cream with stable form of retinal FACE&BODY RetinALL 0.05% on dry body skin - water can increase irritation.
- At the beginning of the introduction of Cream with a stable form of retinal FACE&BODY Reti-nALL 0.05%, apply it yourself, forgoing other active substances, especially exfoliating substances with low pH, such as AHA, BHA acids, peelings or other retinoids.
- Observe how the skin reacts to the new product, and make sure to regenerate and moisturize it first and foremost.

1.Wash the body and wait a few minutes until the skin is completely dry (5-10 minutes).
2.Apply a thin layer of FACE&BODY RetinALL 0.05% Stable Form Retinal Cream to the dry skin.
3.After 30-40 minutes, you can apply Ph.Doctor's Creamy Body Lotion.
4.After each application of Cream with stable form of retinal FACE&BODY RetinALL 0.05%, wash your hands thoroughly.
5.In the morning, wash your body and apply SPF50 sunscreen (on exposed body parts).
Ph.Doctor For sensitive/vascular skin - use the "SANDWICH METHOD" with Ph.Doctor cre-amy body lotion (see article - "Sensitive/vascular skin vs. FACE&BODY RetinALL RetinALL 0.1% stable form retinal cream / FACE&BODY RetinALL 0.05% stable form retinal cream - use the "SANDWICH METHOD").
Note: Store the product in its original packaging at 15-25°C.
Product may stain light-colored bedding and clothing.
"SHORT CONTACT THEORY"
You can wash off Cream with a stable form of retinal FACE&BODY RetinALL 0.05% after 30-40 minu-tes and apply Ph.Doctor's Creamy Body Lotion
- this method is recommended to protect light-colored bedding and clothes from staining.
Only after you have achieved tolerance to the FACE&BODY RetinALL 0.05% Stable Form Retinal Cream can you introduce the Ph.Doctor 12% Lactic Acid Face and Body Peeling or Ph.Doctor Liftin-giving Elbow and Knee Cream containing 12% glycolic acid on an alternating schedule (e.g. every other day) for the evening.
REMEMBER on the day of application of products with lactic or glycolic acid DO NOT use retino-ids.

Product contraindicated for pregnant women.
Suitable for breastfeeding women, according to e-lactancia.org.
Contraindications:
- Severe active atopic dermatitis (AD) localized on the face
- Pregnancy
- Skin infection
- Scratches of the skin, laxity
- Irritated, dry skin
