What is Retinal? For who?
Retinaldehyde, also known as retinal, is a biologically active derivative of vitamin A. It be-longs to the retinoid family, the best documented substances for slowing skin aging.
It is an intermediate form between retinol and retinoic acid and needs only 1 transformation in the skin to retinoic acid - which means faster action, less waste and, due to the slow release techno-logy used in Ph.Doctor products, less irritation compared to other retinoids.
Retinoids have a proven effect on the cell nucleus, so they are able to awaken the skin by binding to its receptors.
They are substances that affect all aging processes, including increasing collagen pro-duction, but also stopping collagen degradation after the age of 25. They undo some of the visual si-gns of aging caused by exposure to UV radiation known as photoaging.
With retinoids, the most important thing is to gradually build TOLERANCE.
At first, some people may experience temporary skin irritation (not everyone). The formula-tion of Our products is composed to minimize such risk. It is temporary and passes as tolerance to the ingredient builds. Don't be discouraged!
Retinoids are extensively studied raw materials with efficacy proven in studies. Desired ef-fects require an average of 12 weeks.
Retinal has an intense yellow color! The stabilized formula provides study-proven efficacy for 12 months after opening.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS -
RetinALL IN ONE 0.1% stable form retinal cream / FACE&BODY RetinALL 0.05%
stable form retinal cream.
My face is red and burning. What should I do?
Take it easy, don't panic. This is not a reason to discontinue the use of FACE & BODY RetinALL IN ONE 0.1% / FACE & BODY RetinALL 0.05% stable form retinal cream. When these symptoms occur, take a break for several days so that the skin has time to regenerate. During these days, do not use peelings/acids, use Ph.Doctor Lipid Face Cream or another re-generating product such as zinc-containing, available over-the-counter at the pharmacy. The skin must be given time to develop full tolerance. Remember to absolute-ly apply SPF50 photoprotection every day.
I have been using RetinALL IN ONE 0.1% Stable Formula Retinal Cream / FACE&BODY RetinALL 0.05% Stable Formula Retinal Cream for more than a week now and no results. What to do next?
The effect of topical retinoids is visible only after an average of 12 weeks of regular use. Don't rush it! Reti-noids require patience.
During the introduction of retinoids, there may be a temporary exacerbation of acne symptoms - a change in the sebaceous gland mi-croflora and the breakdown of bacteria.
My face already looks definitely better. Should I discontinue the RetinALL IN ONE 0.1% Stable Form Retinal Cream / FACE & BODY RetinALL 0.05% Stable Form Retinal Cream?
No, you can use RetinALL IN ONE 0.1% Stable Form Retinal Cream / FACE&BODY RetinALL 0.05% Stable Form Retinal Cream all the time.
I'm using RetinALL IN ONE 0.1% stable form retinal cream / FACE&BODY RetinALL 0.05% stable form retinal cream, but what about the sun? Can I get a tan?
During the use of FACE & BODY RetinALL IN ONE 0.1% Cream / FACE & BODY RetinALL 0.05% Cream with stable form of retinal, we recommend not tanning the skin. Although retinoids do not affect the MED, which is the minimum dose that causes erythema with sun exposure, when they are introduced, the skin may become slightly flaky and thus more sensitive to UV rays. Remember to apply only in the eve-ning and apply daily SPF50 photoprotection.
Can I remove the stretch marks completely?
When using the FACE&BODY RetinALL 0.05% stable form of retinal cream, you can improve the appearance of stretch marks - reduce their length and width. But these are scars and the product will not remove them completely.

Follicular keratosis
Follicular keratosis is a skin disorder that affects both adolescents and adults. The disease can be recognized by the characteristic red papules at the mouths of hair follicles. They occur most often on the hands, groin area, underarms and legs. Follicular keratosis can be chronic or resolve spontaneously after some time. It is considered a cosmetic defect rather than a disease, so it very often does not require complicated and specialized therapies. The lesions appear in areas that are frequently depilated. The papules are dry and, although they appear to be filled with pus, they do not contain it. The condition of the skin often worsens in autumn and winter, when it is exposed to dry and warm air from radiators. The cause is believed to be the deposition of a skin protein called keratin, which blocks the outlets of hair follicles. The formation of follicular keratosis is also believed to have a genetic basis. Clogging of the hair follicle outlets results in rough and lumpy skin.Treatment of the symptoms of follicular keratosis depends largely on well-chosen skin care. Moisturizing the skin is key to improving the appearance of affected skin. In many cases, follicular keratosis resolves spontaneously with age.As a supportive treatment for follicular keratosis, use Ph.Doctor's 12% Lactic Acid Face and Body Peeling. It will gently exfoliate the epidermis, cleanse, moisturize and have an anti-aging effect. It will have a regulating effect on sebum production. The peeling has a smoothing effect, stimulates the production of collagen, elastin and ceramides.FACE: Apply to cleansed and dried facial skin. After 10-15 minutes, wash off the product. Use 1 - 2 times a week.BODY: Apply to cleansed and dried body skin. Wash off the acid after 15 minutes. Apply 2 - 3 times a week.

Allergic test - how to do it
If you have ever experienced an allergy (swelling, erythema, papules, burning, eczema, hives) to any cosmetic product, always before the first use, do an allergy test with a new cosmetic. The product has successfully passed dermatological tests on a selected group of people (sensitive, dry skin, during retinoid treatment), but each of us is different.
Remember: The term "hypoallergenic" is often a marketing gimmick. All ingredients may be a potential allergen.
Below we present how to properly perform the allergy test:
- Wash the skin on the inside of the forearm.
- Apply a small amount of the preparation (the size of a fingertip) for at least 15 minutes.
- Wash the product after 15 minutes.
- Do not apply any other cosmetics to the test area for 24 hours.
- Observe daily for the appearance of the application site: skin itching, swelling, erythema, itching, exudative papules, rash.
- Observe the skin for the next two days - in case of delayed allergic reaction.
If you do not notice any changes the next day, it means that the cosmetic is safe for you.
