Photoprotection, what you need to know.
Photoprotection is a general term that refers to actions taken to protect the skin from the harmful effects of sunlight, especially ultraviolet (UV) radiation. It is key to preventing skin damage such as sunburn, photoaging, and the risk of developing skin cancer. According to experts, 80% of facial skin aging is caused by sun exposure!
The negative effects of sunlight on the skin are:
-thickening and keratinization, the skin becomes noticeably rough,
- discolorations, lentigo spots,
- degradation of collagen and elastin, loss of skin firmness and elasticity,
- solar elastosis*,
- persistence of redness, exacerbation of rosacea symptoms,
- acne exacerbation - the sun intensifies inflammation and proliferation of Cutibacterium acnes bacteria,
- pre-cancerous conditions, skin cancers.
* solar elastosis, which most often appears on the face, neck, décolleté, hands and forearms - it consists of the degeneration of elastin fibres in the skin, which causes it to lose its elasticity and firmness, becomes thicker and rough to the touch, and lumps and folds may also appear.
UV, which comes up when we talk about radiation and the effects of the sun on the skin, means ultraviolet. Although ultraviolet (UV) radiation makes up only 10% of the solar emission that reaches the Earth, it is by far the most dangerous to the skin. There are three types: UVA, UVB and UVC - we will focus on the first two.
What is UVA radiation - effect on the skin?
UVA constitutes almost 95% of ultraviolet radiation and is referred to as long-wave radiation. It reaches the deepest – perhaps even to the dermis and even subcutaneous tissue. It is responsible for premature skin aging, causing wrinkles, discoloration, degradation of collagen and elastin fibers, and thus loss of elasticity and roughness of the skin. Long and frequent exposure to UVA radiation also increases the risk of skin cancer. It is present all year round, so both our skin and eyes should be properly protected regardless of the season.
What is UVB radiation - effect on the skin?
Although it constitutes only 5% of the radiation reaching the Earth's surface, it has a very strong impact on our skin and health. It is UVB that is responsible for the formation of redness. It is worth mentioning that the effect of its action is a tan - a natural defensive reaction to the sun, and in the case of unwise exposure, burns.
Photoprotection consists of three inextricably linked elements:
– avoid excessive exposure to UVR, especially between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.,
– use of protective clothing, including appropriate headgear and sunglasses,
– correct application of preparations containing UVA/UVB filters.
Here are some steps to consider when applying SPF:
* Choose the right SPF formula : Choose an SPF product with properties that are right for your skin type. These can be creams, gels, lotions. If you have acne-prone skin, avoid products that can clog pores. SPF makeup products should not be your only photoprotective product.
* Apply the right amount : To get full protection, apply enough SPF to your skin. The recommended amount is about 2 milliliters per square centimeter of skin. Don't skimp on the amount, as this can affect the effectiveness of your protection.
* Use before sun exposure : Apply SPF to the skin before going out in the sun, ideally about 15-30 minutes before the planned exposure time. This will open a uniform film on the skin and provide optimal protection.
* Reapply : Reapply SPF every 2 hours or more often, especially if you swim, sweat heavily, or towel dry. Regularly reapplying SPF helps maintain effective protection.
* Use all over your body : Don't forget easily overlooked areas like your ears, neck, hands, feet and the area around your eyes. These areas are just as vulnerable to harmful UV rays.
* Include UV protection makeup in addition to sunscreen : If you wear makeup, consider using a foundation or powder with added SPF to further protect your skin.
* Store in proper conditions : Check the expiration date of the product and store it according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Avoid extreme temperatures, which can affect the effectiveness of SPF.
Remember that regular SPF application is crucial not only in summer but all year round, as UV radiation is present even on cloudy days. Sun protection is important for healthy skin and to prevent premature aging and other skin problems.

How to properly cleanse facial skin?
The foundation of healthy facial skin is its proper, regular and gentle cleansing. Facial skin is exposed to a number of harmful factors every day - impurities are constantly deposited on its surface. By giving up washing it, you increase the risk of the skin condition getting worse, or even acne.
Cleanse your facial skin in the morning and evening. In the morning, we recommend starting your skincare routine with the Gentle Face Washing Emulsion from Ph.Doctor - designed for all skin types, for people with imperfections (acne, seborrhea, erythema, skin undergoing dermatological treatment). The mild composition leaves a feeling of comfort after each wash. Additionally, the algal oligosaccharides contained have a proven cleansing effect from environmental pollution (anti-smog properties). Example morning care with Ph.Doctor: 1) Ph.Doctor Gentle Facial Washing Emulsion - apply one pump of the emulsion to dry face and neck skin and then wash your face for at least one minute. 2) Tetra C serum with Ph.Doctor - apply one drop of Tetra C serum to cleansed and dried facial skin. 3) Light & Bright Eye Cream multi shot 23% - apply a small amount of cream, gently tapping it into the skin around the eyes with your fingertips until the product is completely absorbed. 4) Ph.Doctor Lipid Face Cream - apply a pea-sized amount of lipid cream (you can skip this step in your morning care routine). 5) SUNSET AR Daytime Face Cream with SPF 50+ - apply the cream in an amount corresponding to the length of two fingers. We also offer SUNSET SPORT SPF 50 for year-round use, including by athletes and people active in the fresh air. Apply the cream in the amount of at least one pump to the face. In the evening, we recommend a two-step facial cleansing. Remember, when going to bed with full make-up or improperly washed off cream with UV filter, the skin is much more susceptible to aging processes, exacerbation of skin lesions - the lipid barrier is damaged, which is the key to healthy facial skin. In the evening, you should start with Osmogel Precleanser - it is an osmotic gel based on water of the highest purity subjected to a two-step reverse osmosis process. Removes make-up and UV filters. Dedicated to all skin types, including sensitive skin. The product is suitable for people wearing contact lenses. Attention, remember! If there is a cream with a UV filter on the face or makeup is not enough Gentle face wash emulsion - it must be preceded by Osmogel Precleanser! Example evening skincare routine with Ph.Doctor: 1) Osmogel Precleanser - apply a small amount of the product to dry facial skin, perform a gentle massage or apply the product to a damp cotton pad, hold it on the skin for a few seconds, then gently wipe to remove makeup. Rinse your face with lukewarm water. 2) Ph.Doctor Gentle Facial Washing Emulsion - apply one pump of the emulsion to dry face and neck skin and then wash your face for at least one minute. 3) Tetra C serum with Ph.Doctor - apply one drop of Tetra C serum to cleansed and dried facial skin. 4) Light & Bright Eye Cream multi shot 23% - apply a small amount of cream, gently tapping it into the skin around the eyes with your fingertips until the product is completely absorbed. 5) Ph.Doctor Lipid Face Cream - apply a pea-sized amount of lipid cream after absorption. In evening care, we also recommend a product with retinal - retinaldehyde is a biologically active derivative of vitamin A. It belongs to the retinoid family, the best documented substances that slow down skin aging. Oily and sensitive skin syndrome
Sensitive oily skin (OS) is a complex of oily and sensitive skin. OS skin can be divided into four types: acne, rosacea, burning and allergy. Enlarged pores, acne or seborrheic dermatitis are elements of oily skin. In the case of sensitive skin, subjective hypersensitivity to external factors (cosmetics, medications, temperature differences) causes a feeling of discomfort: tightness, burning, stinging or itching. The rosacea subtype is characterized by recurrent redness and a feeling of heat, often accompanied by inflammatory nodules and telangiectasia. There is also an allergic subtype of the skin in which we have features of contact urticaria. There is a wheal and redness in response to fragrances and preservatives. The cause of OS syndrome is excessive "washing of oily skin" with strongly foaming agents, too frequent and thick peelings - this ultimately disrupts the composition of the skin's lipids and damages the lipid barrier. Sebum plays a major role in skin hydration, and also guards the integrity of the skin barrier. Therefore, too aggressive an approach to the skin, disruption of the lipid barrier can lead to the development of oily sensitive skin (OS). Care for oily sensitive skin must be approached with caution, it is very important to maintain a balance between gentle removal and secretion of excess sebum.
OS Skin Care Plan
Ph.Doctor Gentle Facial Cleansing Emulsion - wash your face and neck twice a day for at least 1 minute. In the evening, remove your make-up with your favorite product and then use our cleansing emulsion.
Tetra C Serum Ph. Doctor - use one drop in the morning and evening right after washing your face.
Lipid face cream Ph.Doctor - use after the Ph.Doctor serum has been absorbed.
Remember about photoprotection in the morning - a cream with SPF 50 UVA/UVB filter is mandatory for oily skin - choose light emulsions, without alcohol.
We recommend that in case of enlarged pores and overproduction of sebum, a product with retinoids be included in your evening care. Choose FACE & BODY RetinALL 0.05% and if you are just starting out, proceed as follows: for 2 weeks, use RetinALL 2 times a week, for the next 3 weeks 3 times a week, for the next 4 weeks 4 times a week, for the next 5 weeks 5 times a week.

Once you have built up a tolerance to retinal, which usually takes at least 2-3 months, you can think about adding Lactic Acid 12% Face and Body Peeling to your evening care routine - in an alternating pattern, on the day of acid application do not use retinoids. 1-2 times a week apply acid to washed, dried facial skin according to the following scheme: 1 week 3 minutes, 2 week 5 minutes, 3 week 10 minutes, 4 week 15 minutes (this is the maximum time).
You can use the entire Ph. Doctor cosmetic line with the OS syndrome. If you have allergic, atopic skin, perform an allergy test. Ph. Doctor products have been tested on people with dry, atopy-prone, sensitive skin (tested consumer group). You can eliminate dilated blood vessels on the skin of the face in aesthetic medicine clinics with a laser, after consulting a dermatologist. Often, dilated blood vessels on the face are the first phase of rosacea. Also pay attention to lumps, pimples and the lack of blackheads - here the doctor will probably recommend treatment including prescription preparations. Then, in your care, you can use an over-the-counter preparation with azelaic acid 15 or 20% (you can buy it in a pharmacy without a prescription, it is also safe during pregnancy and for nursing mothers).
In the PubMed database we can find publications which show that retinal (retinaldehyde) has a beneficial effect on the vascular component of rosacea (erythema and telangiectasia) https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/10473962/ .
Fun fact :
- it is reported that the average sebum production in healthy adults is approximately 1 mg/ 10 cm2 every 3 hours,
-if the rate drops to <0.5 mg/ 10 cm2 per 3 hours, dry skin may occur,
-if sebum production exceeds 1.5 mg/ 10 cm2 every 3 hours, it causes oily skin or seborrhea.

Temporary exacerbation of skin lesions with retinal
During the introduction of retinoids, a temporary exacerbation of acne symptoms may occur, for a period of about 12 weeks - during this time they should not be discontinued! Retinoids require patience, do not be discouraged! Note that exacerbation of skin lesions will not occur in everyone. However, its absence does not mean that the product does not work. There are skins that are more sensitive to changes in the environment in the sebaceous gland, as well as those that, apart from slight drying of the skin, will not experience any major inconveniences. Possible exacerbation will not necessarily occur after the first use, it may appear after 2-3 weeks. Therefore, it is important to simplify care in the initial period of building tolerance (so-called retinization) despite the lack of adverse effects and observe the skin before introducing further active substances.
The exacerbation that may occur results from a sudden change in the microenvironment of the sebaceous glands, which is unfavorable for the development of Cutibacterium acnes - it plays a major role in the development of acne. The bacteria disintegrate and numerous inflammatory mediators are released, provoking the exacerbation of acne symptoms. Additionally, retinoids accelerate the renewal of the epidermis, so any inflammatory changes will be "lifted" to the surface of the skin. There are studies that have confirmed that retinal causes a decrease in sebum secretion, normalizes the process of keratinization of the outlets of pilosebaceous units (preventing the formation of comedones), limits the possibility of the development of C. acnes in the sebaceous glands. It has anti-inflammatory effects due to the inhibition of chemotaxis of neutrophils and monocytes, stimulation of Th lymphocytes and phagocytosis of C. acnes by neutrophils. Additionally, by limiting the synthesis of MMP and TIMP, it inhibits the degradation of the matrix, bringing improvement in acne lesions and preventing scarring. You can minimize the risk of acne symptoms getting worse by properly introducing retinal into your care. First, you should focus on maximally rebuilding the lipid barrier, calming inflammation, moisturizing and regeneration. For a period of 3-4 weeks, give up all acids, peels, exfoliating products and start your facial care with: Ph.Doctor Gentle Face Washing Emulsion , Ph.Doctor Tetra C Serum , Ph.Doctor Lipid Face Cream . Also remember about a cream with SPF 50 UVA UVB filter for the day - choose light emulsions without alcohol. After 3-4 weeks of rebuilding the lipid barrier, it's time for RetinALL Ph.Doctor - proceed as follows: for 2 weeks use RetinALL 2 times a week, for the next 3 weeks 3 times a week, for the next 4 weeks 4 times a week, for the next 5 weeks 5 times a week. We recommend starting with FACE&BODY RetinALL cream with a stable form of retinal 0.05% and the "Sandwich Method" to reduce the risk of redness and irritation - link https://phdoctorlab.pl/blogs/baza-wiedzy/skora-wrazliwa-naczynkowa-a-krem-do-twarzy-ze-stabilna-forma-retinalu-retinall-in-one-0-1-krem-ze-stabilna-forma-retinalu-face-body-retinall-0-05-zastosuj-metode-kanapkowa

Oily skin - Ph.Doctor care
Oily skin (seborrhea) is a common cosmetic problem that occurs when overgrown sebaceous glands produce an excessive amount of sebum, which causes the skin to become shiny and oily. It often has an earthy, grey-yellow colour, and on its surface you can see sebaceous gland outlets and blackheads. An undoubted advantage of oily skin is the fact that it starts aging relatively late and is less susceptible to irritation, unlike dry skin. You need to approach oily skin care with caution, it is very important to maintain a balance between gentle removal and secretion of excess sebum.
Care plan for oily skin:
1. Ph.Doctor Gentle Facial Cleansing Emulsion - wash your face and neck twice a day for at least 1 minute. In the evening, remove your makeup with your favorite product, then use our cleansing emulsion.
2. Tetra C Serum Ph.Doctor - use one drop in the morning and evening right after washing your face.
3. Ph.Doctor Lipid Face Cream - use after the Ph.Doctor serum has been absorbed.
4. Remember about photoprotection in the morning - a cream with SPF 50 UVA/UVB filter is mandatory for oily skin - choose light emulsions, without alcohol.

Retinal vs. retinol? Check why we chose retinal!
Retinoids have been proven to act on the cell nucleus , thanks to which they are able to remodel the skin by binding to its receptors.
These are substances that affect all ageing processes, including increasing collagen production, but also stopping its degradation after the age of 25. They reverse some of the visual signs of ageing caused by exposure to UV radiation, the so-called photoaging.
Retinaldehyde, also known as retinal , is a biologically active derivative of vitamin A. It belongs to the retinoid family, the best-documented substances that slow down skin aging .
Retinal is an intermediate form between retinol and retinoic acid and requires only 1 transformation in the skin to retinoic acid (it is closer to retinoic acid during the transformation) - which means faster action , less loss and due to the slow release technology used in Ph.Doctor products, less irritation compared to other retinoids - a great candidate for sensitive skin, vascular skin or even skin with rosacea . In the PubMed database we will find publications in which it was shown that retinal (retinaldehyde) has a beneficial effect on the vascular component of rosacea (erythema and telangiectasia) > https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/10473962/ .
Another major advantage of retinal over retinol is that it has proven antibacterial effects , so it may be a good choice for people who, in addition to preventing skin aging, also want to reduce acne or blackheads. The PubMed database contains publications that show that retinal (retinaldehyde) has direct antibacterial effects, reducing the amount of Cutibacetrium acnes bacteria on the skin. > https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/10473957/ .
Retinal action:
- has anti-acne effects
- has anti-aging properties
- eliminates signs of aging
- tightens and firms the skin
- reduces discoloration
- reduces the visibility of fresh stretch marks
- moisturizes the skin
- improves skin structure
- smoothes and elasticizes the skin
Indications:
- Acne (antibacterial effect)
- Blackheads, "porridge"

Skin 12-19 with a tendency to imperfections
Sometimes young people try to cover up their imperfections with bangs, baseball caps or layers of makeup. However, you should be aware that this only makes things worse.
Problem skin needs to be looked after - covering up causes the sebaceous glands to work incorrectly. The skin in these areas is more oily and requires stronger treatment. With healthy facial skin, the basic care is definitely enough, i.e.: Delicate emulsion, Lipid Face Cream from Ph.Doctor and a light cream with SPF 50 UVA UVB filter. However, if there is a tendency to imperfections, you should go to a dermatologist - about 60% of mild acne ends in scarring due to delayed treatment.
Regular, conscious care is also important!
Skin care for 12-19 year old skin prone to imperfections:
IN THE MORNING
1. Gentle face wash emulsion Ph.Doctor - wash your face and neck for at least 1 minute. 2. Lipid face cream Ph.Doctor - use a pea-sized amount. 3. SUNSET AR Daytime face cream with SPF 50+ - apply the cream in an amount corresponding to the length of two fingers. We also offer SUNSET SPORT SPF 50 for year-round use, including by athletes and people active in the fresh air. Apply the cream in the amount of at least one pump to the face.
Note! Do not squeeze, in case of imperfections in morning care you can apply pharmacy azelaic acid 20% on the whole face before Lipid cream.
Remember, a cream with SPF 50 UVA UVB filter is mandatory for problematic skin - choose light emulsions, without alcohol. The sun deceptively reduces the number of skin lesions - UVB light exacerbates acne lesions, hence the number of patients with acne often increases after the holidays in Poland - inflammation intensifies and increases the proliferation of P. acnes bacteria.
IN THE EVENING
1) Osmogel Precleanser - apply a small amount of the product to dry facial skin, perform a gentle massage or apply the product to a damp cotton pad, hold it on the skin for a few seconds, then gently wipe to remove makeup. Rinse your face with lukewarm water. 2) Ph.Doctor Gentle Facial Washing Emulsion - apply one pump of the emulsion to dry face and neck skin and then wash your face for at least one minute.
3) 1 - 2 times a week Lactic Acid 12% Face and Body Peeling - apply the acid to washed, dried facial skin - / 1 week 3 min / 2 week 5 minutes / 3 week 10 min / 4 week 15 min (this is the maximum time) - then wash off the product, dry your face and perform the step. 4. Lipid face cream Ph.Doctor - is an excellent product that normalizes the functioning of the sebaceous glands and takes care of the lipid layer - it is extremely important.
Attention! Do not squeeze skin lesions, this only increases scarring and in about two weeks a new inflammatory lesion will appear next to it. Locally on imperfections in evening care you can apply benzoyl peroxide (pharmacy product) before Lipid cream or locally lactic acid 12% (Remember to protect healthy skin with lipid cream all around, it is best to apply lactic acid with an ear stick in such a situation).

Retinal Ph.Doctor for upper and lower eyelids - it's possible, see how!
Starting care with FACE&BODY RetinALL cream with a stable form of retinal 0.05% or RetinALL IN ONE cream with a stable form of retinal 0.1% You should avoid the eye area at first to minimize the risk of irritation. Only after 4-8 weeks of building tolerance to retinal can you start applying it to your eyelids - at first using the sandwich method twice a week. If after 2 weeks the skin is not irritated, you can start using retinal more often, according to the increase in skin tolerance. The most important thing is observation - if on the day of the next planned application it is still irritated from the previous use of the product, it should be discontinued until the skin calms down.

Attention, at the very beginning of retinal care, despite avoiding the eye area, the skin may be slightly dry - retinal migrates! We recommend that in such a case, regenerate and moisturize the eyelid area using a thin layer of Lipid face cream or Lifting Mask for the neck and décolleté or pharmacy products with zinc oxide.
Effects of retinal around the eye:
- has anti-aging properties,
- eliminates signs of aging,
- tightens and firms the skin,
- reduces discoloration,
- moisturizes the skin,

- smoothes and elasticizes the skin.

- Lactic acid 12% Face and body peeling and Face cream with a stable form of retinal RetinALL IN ONE 0.1% / Cream with a stable form of retinal FACE&BODY RetinALL 0.05% must be applied alternately - never on the same day!

When introducing RetinALL IN ONE 0.1% Stable Retinal Face Cream / FACE&BODY RetinALL 0.05% Stable Retinal Face Cream, you should stop using 12% Lactic Acid Peeling - in the case of retinoids, the most important thing is to gradually gain tolerance. Only after at least 3-6 weeks of regular and systematic care with retinal, in which you apply it at least twice a week, you can reintroduce Lactic Acid 12% Face and Body Peeling in an alternating pattern - on the day of retinoid application, do not use acid. We recommend that you initially apply lactic acid for 3-5 minutes, once a week, and as you gain tolerance to the product, extend the time to a maximum of 15 minutes and twice a week.
Do you use RetinALL IN ONE 0.1% Stable Retinal Face Cream / FACE&BODY RetinALL 0.05% Stable Retinal Face Cream and want to introduce Lactic Acid 12% Face and Body Peeling?

In a situation where you have acquired tolerance to retinal, you do not have to give it up for the duration of the acid implementation - this is the case the other way around (point one).

Do you know how to introduce Ph.Doctor Lactic Acid 12% Face and Body Peeling into your care routine and how to combine its use with Ph.Doctor RetinALLs?
If you are just starting your adventure with Lactic Acid, remember that your skin needs to gain tolerance to this product. Take your time!
An example of an evening facial care routine with Ph.Doctor:
Ph.Doctor Gentle Facial Cleansing Emulsion - wash your face and neck for at least 1 minute.
Lactic acid 12% Ph.Doctor face and body peeling - apply lactic acid to dry face and neck skin for 5-15 minutes, then wash off with lukewarm water (we recommend applying the acid for 5 minutes at first, once a week, and as you become more tolerant to the product, extend the time to a maximum of 15 minutes and twice a week). The product may initially cause discomfort on the skin.
Tetra C Serum Ph.Doctor - Use one drop after washing off the acid and drying the skin.
Ph.Doctor Lipid Face Cream - use after absorbing the Ph.Doctor serum.
Remember about photoprotection – use a cream with SPF 50 all year round, regardless of the season.
Attention! Are you starting to use FACE&BODY RetinALL cream with a stable form of retinal 0.05% or RetinALL IN ONE cream with a stable form of retinal 0.1% and you are already using Lactic acid? Stop using it for 3 weeks. You can reintroduce Lactic acid to your care when your skin becomes tolerant to RetinALL-e Ph.Doctor.
Also remember that Lactic Acid 12% cannot be used on the same day as RetinALL-e Ph.Doctor - products must be used alternately.

You can apply Ph.Doctor Lactic Acid 12% Peeling for Face and Body spot in your evening care, on an unscratched and unsqueezed acne lesion. Remember that it should be a minimal amount. Use a disposable cosmetic stick for this purpose. Leave it overnight. In the morning, wash it off and apply standard care.
Lactic acid 12% Ph.Doctor face and body peeling is also used in the case of seborrheic dermatitis. Typical symptoms include a slight redness in the affected area, itching, dryness and peeling of the epidermis. In the advanced stage, yellow scales and even scabs appear. Especially on the face (nasolabial folds, the gap between the eyebrows and around the nose) and in the chest area. Application : 3 times a week, apply lactic acid to the affected skin area and then wash off with lukewarm water.
In body care, apply Ph.Doctor Lactic Acid 12% Peeling for Face and Body to washed, dried skin 2-3 times a week for max 15 minutes, then wash off the product with lukewarm water. We recommend using Ph.Doctor Creamy Body Balm afterwards. Use the balm within 3-5 minutes after washing off the acid with water, spread the product on the skin and wait for it to be completely absorbed. In body care, just as in the case of facial skin, apply Lactic Acid on its own, giving up other active substances that day, especially exfoliating substances with a low pH, such as other acids, peels or retinoids.
Remember about photoprotection using Lactic acid. Use a cream with SPF 50 filter all year round, regardless of the season.
If you have ever had an allergy (swelling, redness, lumps, burning, eczema, hives) to any cosmetic product, always do an allergy test with a new cosmetic before first use. If you are wondering how to do an allergy test, click on the link below.

What is Retinal? For who?
Retinaldehyde, also known as retinal, is a biologically active derivative of vitamin A. It be-longs to the retinoid family, the best documented substances for slowing skin aging.
It is an intermediate form between retinol and retinoic acid and needs only 1 transformation in the skin to retinoic acid - which means faster action, less waste and, due to the slow release techno-logy used in Ph.Doctor products, less irritation compared to other retinoids.
Retinoids have a proven effect on the cell nucleus, so they are able to awaken the skin by binding to its receptors.
They are substances that affect all aging processes, including increasing collagen pro-duction, but also stopping collagen degradation after the age of 25. They undo some of the visual si-gns of aging caused by exposure to UV radiation known as photoaging.
With retinoids, the most important thing is to gradually build TOLERANCE.
At first, some people may experience temporary skin irritation (not everyone). The formula-tion of Our products is composed to minimize such risk. It is temporary and passes as tolerance to the ingredient builds. Don't be discouraged!
Retinoids are extensively studied raw materials with efficacy proven in studies. Desired ef-fects require an average of 12 weeks.
Retinal has an intense yellow color! The stabilized formula provides study-proven efficacy for 12 months after opening.
